Over the course of my teaching career, I have developed a holistic, student-centred philosophy that integrates technical and musical development with broader training in all-rounded musicianship. Each lesson is shaped by the individuality of my pupils and the dynamic exchange of ideas, aiming to inspire them to pursue their most meaningful artistic goals.

I strive to create a supportive, structured environment where students feel encouraged to grow both artistically and personally. With empathy, positivity, and integrity, I tailor my approach to each student’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations, fostering a lifelong appreciation of music and empowering them to discover and develop their unique musical voice.

I am a highly experienced piano teacher and music educator, offering private piano and music theory lessons for all ages and levels, including students with special needs. I have a strong track record in preparing students for graded piano, aural, and theory exams, with consistently excellent results. In addition, I have successfully coached students for Musical Aptitude Tests (MAT), as well as GCSE and A-level music components. My teaching experience spans several specialist music schools and studios across London, where I have inspired and guided countless learners to achieve their musical goals.

Alongside my piano teaching, I have contributed to the higher education sector as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Royal College of Music, delivering tuition across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including L4/5/6 Applied Aural Skills, L5B History: 100 Years of Modern Opera, L6 Researching Practitioner, and L7 Techniques of Analysis. I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), awarded in recognition of my teaching practice in higher education.
